Our counselors are available for you around the clock, confidentially, free of charge and anonymously if you wish. You can contact us on all topics relating to parenting, child development and family life that challenge you as a parent or caregiver and on which you would like to receive support.

If you would like to explore a topic in more depth over a period of time, there is the option of personal counseling on site or via video. To ensure continuity and progress, these consultations always take place with the same counselor. We offer timely counseling appointments at income-based rates.
