The chat support service is available from Monday to Thursday, 6 pm to 10 pm.

You will receive personalised advice from counsellors at Elternnotruf. The chat counselling service is anonymous. Whatever you write will be treated in strict confidence.

Simply click on the message bubble at the bottom right during opening hours. We look forward to hearing from you!

The chat counselling service is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 10 pm.

The chat will not take place on the following dates:
- 14 September 2026 Knabenschiessen
- 24 December 2026 Christmas Eve
- 31 December 2026 New Year's Eve
